My older Samsung fridge had ice under both crisper drawers. I called Home-Serv and they were out here same day. They had the parts loaded on their truck and was able to repair it in a bit over an hour. Their technician, Vladimir, was very nice and very capable. They work on other appliance brands too, and if I need any repairs in the future, I'm very impressed with this company and will definitely use them again.
