Incredibly impressed with Home-Serv Appliance Repair! My Maytag dryer was making a loud squealing sound and they had a technician out quickly — and the repair was done in about an hour. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. No runaround, no upselling, just efficient, professional work. It's rare to find a repair service that actually respects your time. Highly recommend for any appliance issues — these are my go-to guys from here on out.
At 12:52 pm today, I submitted my request to address a dE code on my LG washer. Alex came within 15-20 minutes, completed the task, and was off to his next stop. At 1:52 pm I am reporting my complete satisfaction with the response time, and the prompt service provided. Thank you, Alex and Homeserv Appliance Repair!
My older Samsung fridge had ice under both crisper drawers. I called Home-Serv and they were out here same day. They had the parts loaded on their truck and was able to repair it in a bit over an hour. Their technician, Vladimir, was very nice and very capable. They work on other appliance brands too, and if I need any repairs in the future, I'm very impressed with this company and will definitely use them again.
