Steve and Intern Jaylen were pleasant and professional as well as easy to talk with. They were really thorough in checking all possible places where the wasps could be, and found several older nests. They hit the big time with a large clump of decorative grass that hundreds of wasps were living in an underground tunnel they made!! Steve treated the area very thoroughly. He explained what to expect and watch for in the next few days. I was delighted with both Steve and Jaylen and their work! Brandon arrived promptly and was very pleasant and professional. He did an outdoor inspection and clearly explained what the plan would be if I elected to go ahead with the offered service. I am moving ahead with the service and appreciated Brandon's assessment and information.
