This was one of my best experiences with a groomer in Salem. She was very kind and knowledgeable. The price is very reasonable. My dog who generally has a lot of anxiety when going to the groomer was very happy and relaxed.
Very nice. They did a real good job,my pet has an ear infection and needed the hair away from his ears. They went beyond normal to groom my dog when other groomers wouldn't do it.
The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Extremely pleasant people and good equipment. I called ahead for self service washing of my two big Goldens at the last minute, they made space for us and got all the shampoo and conditioner diluted for me.
My only feedback is I didnt know they were cash-only and it was luck that I had cash on me. They have nice doors, but an exterior door didnt have a knob. It wasnt secure and led to the main road. That made me nervous, but otherwise i had zero complaints and would go back.
