“Update: the owner of the business was very understanding and made the situation right. He took the time to listen closely to all that happened and genuinely wanted to make it right. The owners interaction was the complete opposite of the employee. Hopefully, this incident with the employee was due to a one time thing and is not something that happens frequently. Their services will continue to be used by family members.

Purchased the 3 float package (90 minutes) for new customers. Was told by the employee the water is warm/hot. It certainly was neither. I shivered the entire time I was in the pod, therefore I couldn’t relax. I had to get out within 20 minutes because I was too cold. Unfortunately, the remainder 2 floats and cost will now be a loss since I will not be using them. This was a terrible experience. As I was leaving the building within 30 minutes of my arrival, I was very surprised the employee didn’t ask for feedback on the experience or couldn’t be bothered to find out why I was cutting my visit short by an entire hour. I definitely think the customer service can and should be much better for the experience to be felt in full. It makes a big difference. Also, when I asked questions on the scent of the “energizer” Epsom salt they sell, the employee says I don’t know. He didn’t want to be bothered with people or questions, he really shouldn’t be in customer service. As I looked on the bag myself, the scent was boldly written right on the package. He was no help, I truly feel the initial experience with him was a big part of not being able to relax. I felt like a burden to the business as a first time customer. I will be sharing my experience with others that planned to schedule. Do better.“

I saw Da’Sha today and her knowledge is next level. She walked me through the process of how knots form and suggested exercises to help alleviate the problem. She then proceeded to work what I can only describe as MAGIC on the massage table. My knots are gone and I feel about ten years younger.“
