Jen is top notch! As a Black woman with a dark complexion, I wanted to make sure I worked with someone that had a diverse eyebrow portfolio. After lots of research at services around the DC area, I got my nanobrows done with Jen and everything from the consultation to my recent touch up went perfectly. She was really responsive to my concerns (I didn't want an unnatural color or arch), made me so comfortable (i've never gotten my eyebrows professionally done before, just tweezing at home every now and then) and most importantly made it possible for me to wake up every morning without having to fill my eyebrows in! This was worth every penny.

Jen did an AMAZING job with my nano brows and permanent upper eyeliner. She has an eye for detail, symmetry, and balance and achieved an incredibly natural result. I could tell that Jen wanted my results to be perfect since she took her time creating an outline and describing the expected outcome. She was also super open to hearing my suggestions and modifying the procedure to fit my goals!
