“The receptionist, Susan, is amazing. She was very honest and went above and beyond expectations to cater to our home insurance company and help us save money even if it wasn’t with them. They let us tear off our old roof to save money and even allowed us to borrow their nail magnet to clean up our mess. I truly believe they had our best interest in mind. The crew cranked out the job pretty fast and worked very hard and professionally, communicating very clearly in the morning and asking questions when appropriate. The overall price was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received. My only complaint is that they finished the roof Friday and didn’t say anything before they left, (they left extra materials and debris around our house until Monday) but didn’t say “we’re done for the day and we’ll pick this stuff up next business day” or anything. We ended up cleaning up the debris. The invoice was very fair and I would go with them again. They really care about their customer satisfaction with the job. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.“

“Very happy with my new roof by Five Star Exteriors. We had a few delays due to rain however the roof was 99 percent complete on the first day with only the ridge cap to install and gutters cleaned the next day. Everything was cleaned up when they finished just wish the cost was lower. Other then that the guys were polite and the roof looks great“

They have competitive pricing, great (quick) communication, are very knowledgeable and friendly. The four guys that did the roof work were a joy - respectful, nice, also good communicators - and they did a fabulous job! I didn’t expect the roof to look so good!!
