2) Better quality shingles used as standard than some other roofers
3) Honesty, They said our gutters looked good and didn't need to be replaced. Other quotes from other roofers said they did.
4) Price was lowest from the quotes we got. Quality was kept high, as mentioned about the shingles
5) Sam and Leo are both soft spoken and attentive to our needs to have the large shrub near the house to remain intact for the animals we have, they like privacy under it. They worked around it. Other quotes said that it had to be cut back far.
6) Communication was excellent! Leo offered me to call 24/7
around the clock if the re-roofing happened to leak during a rainstorm before the roof was finished. Calls were always returned in a timely manner.
7) They cleaned up every bit of trash afterwards. Very thorough

“About 8 months ago, Valley Roofing did a tear off and replacement at my home. I wanted to wait a while before providing a review to see how it all settled in and how any follow ups went. I've been very satisfied with the entire experience. The estimate was fair compared to other roofing companies and the final cost came within a few % of that estimate. I've had them come out for a few follow ups since the roof was installed, this was not related to workmanship, it was just addressing some concerns I had. Each time they came it was a great experience - Jon was very fast in responding to my emails and had a crew member out within 2 to 24 hours each time. The part that spoke the most to me was that each time (even 8 months after install), the person who came out was one of the crew members who was there from day one of the reroof. That speaks a lot to the quality of the business.

I'll be quick to recommend them in the future. One other thing to note - a lot of roofing companies came off as salesman, pushing multiple packages with crazy markups. Valley Roofing was straight to the point, no sales talk, no fancy tablets with pretty interfaces to grab your attention. They came, listened to what I needed, and provided it with no fluff or pushy sales tactics. This was a big reason I initially sided with them.“

“We recently had our 20×40 carriage house roof re-shingled. Jensen's crew of four removed all of the old roofing (2-3 layers) re-sheathed some of the needed areas and added fascia. I've never seen four people work so hard or fast. Rain was forecast for that evening. The crew worked 11hrs. and completed the project before the rain hit. One day! Very impressive.“

“I just had my roof professionally cleaned by Oregon Gutter Services and Jose Diaz did an exceptional job! There was a lot of moss growing between the shingles and he was up there for several hours cleaning and removing all that mess. And he also cleaned the gutters and downspouts.
