“Jon Taylor, at Valley Roofing, was very helpful and efficient at repairing the mistakes a previous roofer had made which caused condensation issues on the roof. He had to replace approximately half the roof, which was only 3 years old. Jon impressed us from the outset by returning my call before the day was over, and stopping by. It wasn’t something a home owner wants to hear- a 3 year old roof is faulty (resulting from a vaulted ceiling and lack of ventilation), but Jon was transparent and explained why we were having problems with leaks on the ceiling. When his crew came out they documented the problems and their corrective work with photos and videos. They were so nice to have here. What I appreciated most was their communication with me as they worked and found issues. In the end they did a professional job and it was so nice to have them working here! Jon has a successful company. I would highly recommend his work, so you do not have to have your roof redone as we had to do.“
