She's the best! The most knowledgeable massage therapist I've ever had work on me. More than massage really; she is proficient with other healing skills as well. Very highly recommended.
They do many styles of massage, energy work and lymph work. I have found things that I never heard of that work well. Sometimes it is painful, I have fibromyalgia, but it always helps me move more freely. It also helps my swelling go down. Tracy is great.
