1) Just so friendly and easy to work with! Sam, Leo and the crew
were just so nice.
2) Better quality shingles used as standard than some other roofers
3) Honesty, They said our gutters looked good and didn't need to be replaced. Other quotes from other roofers said they did.
4) Price was lowest from the quotes we got. Quality was kept high, as mentioned about the shingles
5) Sam and Leo are both soft spoken and attentive to our needs to have the large shrub near the house to remain intact for the animals we have, they like privacy under it. They worked around it. Other quotes said that it had to be cut back far.
6) Communication was excellent! Leo offered me to call 24/7
around the clock if the re-roofing happened to leak during a rainstorm before the roof was finished. Calls were always returned in a timely manner.
7) They cleaned up every bit of trash afterwards. Very thorough
about nails
8) So fast! They stayed on it till it was done. Very hard working.
