“In April 2022 I began researching ductless systems for my industrial space, and because my local PUD's list of qualified contractors included Ductless-By-Design, I began working with Andrew to schedule site visits, he helped me learn about the process to apply for rebates, and after over a year of planning, budgeting and rebate applications, the Daikin system was miraculously installed in a single day by Andrew, Danny, Alex and Reid.They had to drill two 3" openings 15' feet up a 12" thick concrete wall, they had to run over 20 feet of line to one of the units, and because I'm germ phobic they did all that work wearing booties!!! They took every possible mitigating and clean up measure to minimize the mess, and as someone who studies systems and efficiency, the entire process of watching them work was fascinating.Talk about transforming my experience of working in this space, it's just indescribable to finally have an appropriate temperature control system - it's all San Diego in here now, 72 with a slight breeze!Over too-numerous-to-count interactions via text, voice and email, Andrew is kind, professional, perfectly organized and over those many interactions, he was able to hold an enormous amount of data on immediate recall so we could pick up where we left off, even after weeks of delay.Andrew and his company earn every star, every time.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services“

“I'm proud that Oregon supports measures to improve energy efficiency in Oregon's homes and buildings, and three years ago my home's central air conditioner and heater was old from the previous owner, and falling apart. As a retiree, I wanted to have lower utility bills, so I decided to purchase an energy efficient ductless heat pump.My review is about how convenient Home Depot made it to find a certified HVAC technician to pull the annual heat pump check-up and cleaning on my equipment. The team from Melton's Heating & Air Conditioning were extremely experienced, very thorough, friendly and fast. The cost from Melton's was a good value, and their work area was clean and tidy when finished. Having a certified technician from Melton's gives me peace of mind, great ROI, and supports the warranty on my investment. I will use Melton's again, and kudos to Home Depot for the referral.“

“I basically needed an entire new system. Originally, my ductwork was in the crawlspace and was continually being ruined so my option was an entire new system in the attic. I had at least four companies entirely ghost me after giving me a quote because of its complexity. Luke at Day Heating was able to design a great system for my needs. He and the entire company have been incredibly accommodating and thorough, almost to a fault. The installers were actually disappointed that they couldn’t be here when the system went online to see at work. Day Heating doesn’t service the Portland area because of the travel expenses and after hearing my nearly one year search for a company to do my system, he chose to show pity on me and help me out. The one local company that gave me a quote but not for the system I wanted, was very nearly the exact same price. I am so happy with the experience with Luke, Ahren and the team that I will recommend them to everyone I know.“

“Jet is right down the street from my house - like only about a mile away - so I contacted them for a few small electrical issues. I thought maybe they would be too big for my piddly little things -but not so! They have been super helpful and responsive. A couple of months back Tony replaced a wall heater and converted a fluorescent garage light fixture to LED. Today he came to replace my bathroom fan switch/timer. In the past I've dreaded calling for this type of thing because it seems like whenever something needs fixing in this old (1940s) house there's always some weird obstacle complicating matters. But not so with Tony - he gets the job done quickly and professionally and that's it! Nothing for me to worry about - just takes care of it and puts my mind at ease. He's also really nice and polite and patient with all of my questions :) I appreciate him so much! I haven't met Shawn, the electrical services manager, but I text him what I need and he's very responsive and gets me scheduled right away. I also had the pleasure of having Anthony help me with a breaker issue last winter when it was snowy and icy and I wasn't sure if I could get anyone to come. He had to come twice that day and was super helpful and also patient like Tony :) Thanks so much guys!! It's really a game changer to not be fearful and worried about having to call an electrician. You're the best :)“
