We’ve been having issues with our fridge for almost a year now. After several other companies, Bogard did some work on it that unfortunately did not fix the issue. However, they keep coming back (have been back 3x now) to help us troubleshoot, even though it is no fault of theirs that our fridge keeps not working. They are always very responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about helping us. We haven’t seen this type of customer service from any of the other companies we’ve had out.
Customer service, explanation of issues, recommendations and repairs were quick and fair priced.
Timely and very professional service. One of the gas igniters needed replacement and Bogard (father and son duo) did a great job in diagnosing the problem, getting the spare part and fixing the issue very efficiently. I’ll recommend Bogard appliances very strongly for their work.
