The staff is very friendly and by the beginning of my second week working out there a staff member was already greeting me by name. In addition to all those great features I never miss using their red light therapy and Vibrashake it really helps to rejuvenate my strength after a grueling workout, the red light therapy is so helpful that even on my rest days I go in to use it once or even twice a day. Today I tried out their hydro-message that too was great and very relaxing for those tired muscles.“
