Relaxing and for my first massage, really helped my neck a lot. I have better range of motion. Also opened up my airways and I have been able to breath better for a few days. Allergies are just starting to come back, probably due to the mold we encountered helping someone move yesterday. Will be back soon. Thank you, Jay!

I am one of Jay’s clients. I came to him with generalized problems that come from where in tear and 70+ years. This professional knows exactly what he’s doing. He knows many diverse techniques and is able to determine what is going on with the patient and determine what is the Best treatment.
