“repeat customer, always great customer service and the staff are very helpful transparent and willing to explain things and even point you where to go to learn about how to do it yourself. got a PC multi-part swap done three times, and every time the price was reasonable, and the employee to customer communication was well deployed. the AI voicemail system they use is surprisingly useful and they can text you back if you have questions. Most recently I had both my CPU and GPU replaced and they actually offered to buy my old ones off of me at a discount to my service. Not only that but they reached out afterwards to say they had accidentally underpaid. Nothing but good, hard working, honest repairmen as far as I can tell. Even the new guy impressed me, he was extremely well spoken about the products and was upfront about the limitations of the hardware I had wanted installed versus the pre-existing power source that was already in the PC. He called back every time there was a question or a concern about the build and when a new power source seemed like the best option he gave me a really good deal on a new one. They do not upsell, they do not upcharge, they do not lie, and most importantly they do not assume your technical knowledge and treat every customer with the same sense of proper disclosure and respect that a well seasoned tech enthusiast would expect. And as a novice, it was both refreshing and a great customer experience. If you have any issue with your electronic device, and you live in the area, I would reccomend you go here every time.“
