“A few weeks back the high winds knocked a portion of our multi-trunk tree down. Sent messages to a few place and J&J texted almost immediately. Sent pics and they said they wanted to take a look on a Sunday because I was worried about the stability of the rest of the tree. Was out in an hour on the Sunday, took a look, reassured me it was probably going to stay standing until they could get to it. He promised the next Friday but moved his schedule around and got to it the next day (Monday). Super professional, prompt replies, quick and great work.
