“I had the pleasure of visiting Jenny Canclini with Bare Beaver Waxing yesterday before heading off for a beach vacation, and I have to be honest—I was dreading the appointment.<br><br>I had agreed to my very first Brazilian and had myself completely convinced it was going to be incredibly painful and awkward. I was genuinely anxious going in, but Jenny immediately put me at ease. Her studio is serene, relaxing, and incredibly comfortable, and Jenny is so calm, fun, and easy to be around that any nerves disappeared almost immediately.<br><br>There was absolutely no awkwardness about getting undressed or getting started. We had such a great time talking and getting to know each other, and before I knew it, the appointment was over.<br><br>And the waxing itself was NOWHERE near as bad as I had built it up to be in my head. “I got a massage with hot stone from Anna and she is AMAZING! She is so kind and attentive. I wasn't sure what to do/expect exactly because it was my first real massage- she made sure I knew what was going on each step of the way and was very understanding when I mentioned I can't really have my legs touched. I mentioned my shoulders were having problems and so she spent some time on them specifically and let me tell you, I felt like SO much better afterwards, it was such a nice relief! And the place itself is so nice and pretty - I love the little waterside area and inside is small but very warm, cozy, welcoming and relaxing. They have great products for sale too! I cannot wait to go back to Anna! Highly recommend!!!”

I’ve been coming where for years and it’s always so fun to see the other clients finished cuts and colors, they all looks fabulous. Prices are fair (not cheap) but they all have so much experience and expertise so you get what you pay for. They’re not some fresh out of school girls who are overvaluing their skills and services.”
