Rick came to our house because we called Reliance concerned about a blockage in the PVC exhaust pipe from our rented Water Heater. He took a look and explained that there was no issue. He made us feel better by explaining how the Water Heater would auto shut off if there was a blockage.He then took a look at our new furnace and Heat Exchanger, installed by a competitor. We had questions that we had not been able to get answers to (very frustrating). Rick answered our questions, offered detailed explanations, took his time, corrected some settings (with conversation to explain) and gave us a great education on our new units. Boyd & Tanner did a terrific job installing our dishwasher and electrical lines that were needed for it. I highly recommend Reliance for any electric needs in your home or business.
Nathaniel was prompt, very professional and clearly explained exactly what he was going to do, including a warning about noisy parts that might upset my dog. He made sure to wear boot covers until the carpet protector was laid as well. Overall a great experience!
