Earlier today I had an appointment at smooth wax bar - they turned me away because the medication I am on. They did not mention anything on the phone when I booked the appointment about not being able to wax me because of any kind of medications I may be on.. needless to say, they wasted my time. However, I ended up getting in with Mariola for my fist Brazilian wax later today. I have extremely sensitive skin and had a very hard time handling the pain. She was so patient and encouraging throughout the whole process. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be back for more services in the future!
