“I had a great experience with Pankaj Parmar, Megan, and the front desk staff over the past almost 4 months. I started physiotherapy after a motor vehicle accident that left me with a fractured left leg and required surgery. When I first attended, I was in a lot of pain and my leg was very weak, and I was also nervous because this was my first time going through physiotherapy, but everyone made me feel comfortable from the beginning.
Pankaj was an amazing physiotherapist. He was very patient, understanding, and always made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my recovery. Megan was also genuinely caring and understanding, and always checked in with me about my pain, progress, and comfort. I never felt rushed, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about how I was doing. The front desk staff were also always friendly and welcoming, and scheduling appointments was very easy.
This was my first experience with physiotherapy, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m very grateful for all the support and care I received, and I would definitely return if I ever need physiotherapy again. I highly recommend Pankaj, Megan, and the clinic!”
