In a flash, my family and I were displaced from our residence and left to put the pieces back together. Luckily Alair was there to help us every step of the way.Right from the start, Alair made a commitment to the rebuild of the family home. Alair demonstrated this through regular meetings and daily communication. The consistent communication provided us peace of mind that consideration and/or action was being taken towards getting us back home.The proprietary software that Alair used was another huge advantage. We could log in to our portal at our convenience and see transparent information about the progress timeline, costs, trades and photographs of the work being done. No work was done until it was approved by us through the portal. There was little room for error.Alair also helped us solve a few space issues that existed pre-fire while moving us forward with some necessary upgrades to our living quarters. We chose to use Alair’s trades and building material vendors throughout the process. Creatively, Alair got our vibe for a cozy beach inspired home and helped us achieve that. “We called a few referrals we received from a couple friends. We left a voicemail for one and made an appointment with the other. One did not call back and the other was a no show for a scheduled appointment. We did manage to have the third company provide us with a quote. In desperation, we asked our realtor for their recommendation. They recommended BlueKey and it was literally the best decision we made. BlueKey was absolutely amazing!! No one does what these guys do! They were personable, approachable, funny, and very knowledgeable. I can’t get over the amount of care they put into everything they did. Our house was clean and tidy every night before they left and the price was very comparable to the other quote we received but included WAY more extra items than the other company.From the design process to the final walkthrough, they made the experience so enjoyable. It was so amazing to have an entire team handling every single step of the process. We knew we found the right company when we saw their rendering. It was so realistic, I had to ask twice if it was really a rendering. We asked ourselves, if the quality of their rendering was that good, imagine what our house will look like? We were not disappointed. They knocked it out of the park. Our house seriously looks like something out of a magazine! Between my wife and I, I think we have thanked our realtor a thousand times.
