I initially had Andrew mount 2 tv's for me. He was very pleasant, respectful and did a phenomenal job. Because I was so pleased with his work, due to some security concerns I needed to install an alarm system and security cameras and I remembered that Andrew had mentioned he also provided this service as well. I called him and was blown away because he went above and beyond for me at every turn showing genuine concern and care. At one point, he actually went home in the late evening to get me a piece of wood to block my basement window because I didn't have any and came back to install it to ensure my home was fully secure. He also prioritized the installation of my cameras. There was a delivery delay, and due to the nature of why I was having them installed, he drove to Pickering to pick up his mom's system that she had ordered a day before mine that had arrived so that he could have them installed for me ASAP. I am extremely grateful to have worked with Andrew and cannot recommend him enough for any of your tech needs!
