“I emailed about an issue I was having with my gaming PC and received a response with an appointment time for the next day within 10 minutes. The shop is clean, welcoming, and comfortable to wait in while Shane performs diagnostics, troubleshooting, and/or repairs.

To be honest, I don’t know much about PCs, but Shane never made me feel judged for that. He took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and even gave me advice on future upgrades to consider.

The pricing was very reasonable, and it’s now been over 24 hours since my service. My PC has been running perfectly ever since. Thanks again!!!“

Took 5-6 days for it to be ready for pickup for some reason, but we weren't in a rush so not the end of the world. Staff were helpful when I came in, really no problems at all, and I will likely be back for future purchases when we need replacement computers for staff.“
