Alex is amazing. He has treated my injuries with extensive hands-on therapy and acupuncture which has made a huge difference in my recovery times. He is also a great problem-solver. Alex also treated my son for a nagging toe issue, and was the only practitioner who actually diagnosed and fixed the issue. This is not a place where you just get hooked up to machines and sent home with exercises— it’s 100% better than that. I would recommend Modern Health and Performance to anyone who is active but injured and needing help.

MH&P is great! I've been dealing with a running issue the last 2 months and the team has been great. Evan and Devon have provided me great soft tissue care and would highly suggest Modern Health & Performance to anyone looking for great chiro or soft tissue treatment
