We had a 60 year old boiler that was beginning to fail. After several quotes, we went with Salmon because they were competitive and noticed things that other companies did not about the installation of a new boiler. Paul Salmon provided excellent service when providing his quote and answering questions and even did a site visit during installation. Brayden, Josh and Eric were courteous, patiently explaining and answering our questions, and professional, protected my floors as they worked, used appropriate language and provided great service. They are really good and helpful before I even made arrangements to bring someone they told me solutions and asked if I wanted to try them before sending someone which I really appreciated they sent a guy who has been doing this for several years and was experienced. Great experience replacing our AC unit- Brady was very responsive, knowledgeable and kind. Jarod and Eric doing the install were great, were very nice to my crazy barking dog. Put down a sheet where they walked into the house to the furnace, didn't stomp on my veggie garden lol. The office is also very great at calling to see when the best times are for you. Overall great experience with everyone and everything!
