Called to have a scald/mix valve replaced. Work was done very well, but noticed some water coming out of the exhaust blower on our water heater. It was Friday afternoon at 5pm and my family and I were headed on vacation for a week and worried about leaving it in the condition it was in. Brock, one of the owners at Salmon came over right away to look at it and resolve for us. Grateful for the care and effort, would use Salmon again in a heartbeat.
In January our 65 year old boiler decided to retire. Paul Salmon was out that day and had a quote to us that evening. Over the next 2 days their professional team did a wonderful job installing a Navien wall hung combination boiler(does both home heating & water heating). Very polite, they knew their trade well and provided a nice overview of how the system worked. The system has performed beautifully this winter! Four years ago we had Salmon install an in-attic air conditioning system and together both systems condition our home perfectly. Very pleased with the Service provided by Salmon Plumbing.
Emergency service call on a Sunday for the furnace. Tech was there within a half hour or so. Solved the problem quickly. Showed me what the issue was (not that I could ever do that myself) Very professional and friendly service. Kudos to your tech!
