Wonderful experience, we called for our cat who had gotten hurt and they were quick to assess over the phone and brought us in same day and the doctor is amazing!!!!
No forced things that were unnecessary and our cat is already improving!
Explain everything thoroughly and nothing extra was done as previous vets suggested!

Our first visit! Clean facilities, friendly and knowledgeable personnel. Dr Firth was very patient with Lotte & I think has some training in mind for her future visits to be less stressful. I look forward to some guidance with being the best 'parent' I can be.
