I had an appointment for a nose piercing at the Dundas location. I was nervous not knowing what to expect but Stephanie was so kind and professional in explaining the entire process and even talking to me throughout the actual piercing that it really helped calm my nerves. Stephanie made sure I was well informed of the aftercare process and the aftercare kit provided was a definite bonus as well. I had a tattoo appointment today with Steve and he was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! The tattoo was done super quick, the design was beautiful, colouring was amazing. He was so kind throughout the whole process of booking the appointment to the end result. Steve kept checking in on me to see if I was doing ok how I was liking everything. I have lost 50% of feeling in my arm (where the tattoo is) and I told him I apologize if I’m twitching or moving around cause I wouldn’t know / feel myself doing it.
