The quote was sent promptly by email, and having the option to pay by e-transfer (EMT) or online made the process very convenient. Once the work was approved, everything was completed promptly and efficiently, with good communication throughout the process.
The only minor downside was the relatively long wait for the initial service appointment. That said, I’d actually take this as a positive sign it’s usually an indication that they’re busy because customers trust their work and keep coming back.
Work completed is back by their 3 year warranty.”
