Dodie did a thorough consultation with me, listened and used a specific technique because it made me feel more comfortable. Coming out of my first appt. I felt appreciated as a client, and that everyone was incredibly talented and friendly. Even so, I wasn't 100% satisfied with the final result. Dodie insisted on bringing me in as soon as she could to ensure I got exactly the colour I wanted and she did a beautiful job of perfecting it! She took time to listen, did some troubleshooting with me to make a plan and in the end I'm so happy with my final look.
