Highly recommend! I wouldn't trust the care of my cats anywhere else. Dr. Cheung and their staff are trustworthy, honest and genuinely care about their patients.

This is an excellent practice. Everybody works so hard and Dr. Cheung and her team have provided exceptional care for my cats since 2017. Just recently, my cat was in pretty rough shape. I called several times and each time somebody tried to support me in some way. I was emotionally overwhelmed. Central’s practice was slammed, just like so many others in London and across the province. Central’s webpage has provided a link to a great service to connect concerned pet guardians to emergency services which I did end up connecting with when my cat stopped eating. I've been bringing my cats here for the past 5 years and cannot recommend them enough. The staff is so kind, helpful, informative, and understanding. Both of my cats have had excellent care during their surgeries and other visits. It's easy to schedule appointments, and I especially appreciated the staff staying late one day so that my cat could get necessary same-day care on very short notice. The vets are always very thorough, and they take their time explaining and answering questions during the check-ups so that you are informed. Every animal deserves the kind of care and patience they offer.
