“We had a great experience with Air Design Services. Our furnace was acting up so we called for a technician to come look at it. Matthew was very friendly and informative, letting us know what our options were. We decided to purchase a new furnace and Jeremy came by to give us an estimate and explained the options available to us without trying to influence our decision. Ty and Ryan installed the new furnace with minimal interruption and put down floor pads to keep the floors clean while they came in and out of the house. Every one of these gentlemen were friendly, knowledgable and helpful with all of our questions. It seems that this is a great place to work to have such happy employees. Would highly recommend!“

In 3 short days they managed to complete a lot of work for our unfinished basement: - Move duct work from the ceiling to the walls - Move gas manifold to a back wall to allow a door to be created - Reduce number and size of overhead ducts to reduce future bulkhead size - Add gas line outside to BBQ area - Add gas line to kitchen stove area - Add ventilation for bathroom area They both had suggestions for improvements we could make to our basement so it will be a lot nicer when finished in the future!“

“I recently used power vac for the first time to clean my ducts. There was a minor hiccup during the work that caused some dust to blow out of the cold air return. I wasn’t very happy about it but Darwyn the contact I spoke with assured me it was an accident and did everything he could to accommodate me. It’s hard to find businesses with integrity these days, that stand behind their product, however power vac definitely is. Overall was very please with their work hiccup and all and will continue to use them in the future.I would highly recommend“

“I can’t say enough about the quality of work and value for money this company provides. We had a nasty kitchen clog recently and had initially called in another company to do the repair. That company came out and spent an hour and a half with out clearing the clog. They then recommended another procedure that would have cost us over $3,000! We declined and were then charged $500! Total waste of time and money. We immediately started looking for a competitor plumber to get a second opinion. Fortunately we were recommended to call Salliss who came out within 20 minutes of my call. After about 45 minutes they were able to clear the clog and then identified and repaired a second leak problem with out additional charge. Total cost was very reasonable and significantly less than the previous plumber charged us. We were extremely pleased with their work for us. Next time we need a plumber Salliss will be our first and only call.“
