We had an old ductless mini-split from a brand nobody had ever heard of. Even though I specifically called them to replace it with a new unit, Abdullah actually took the time to determine if the old one could be salvaged first before having us spend the money on a full replacement.

The install itself wasn't easy. Our outdoor fan unit is in an awkward spot. Almost every other company gave us high quotes because they needed to rent scaffolding or lifts just to access it. Abdullah and his team managed to swap out the whole system without passing those crazy rental fees onto us.

He walked me through preventative measures for the new unit so it lasts, which was great. But what really blew me away was that while they were packing up their truck to leave, they noticed our exterior dryer vent was clogged and just cleaned it out for us. Completely unprompted, without us asking, and having nothing to do with the job they came for.
