“We left our girl Yana for the first time for 8 days, and we were incredibly nervous. She’s anxious around new people and rarely goes near anyone but us.

I’d check the photos daily, and you could see that she was having the time of her life! By the end of her stay, she was cuddling with staff and acting like her sweet, happy self. That meant more to us than anything and speaks volumes about the people who work here. For a dog like ours, that’s about the highest praise we could give.

“My cat has occasional asthma attacks so I was looking for a litter that actually had reduced dust, since many advertise themselves as being dust-free when they are not. I asked Christie for help, and she gave me great advice and recommended a litter that was reasonably priced and is good quality. It still has a bit of dust, but it has way less than other brands I've tried! Christie was lovely, and very helpful. Thank you!“

They have a van that will pick up my cats and bring them to their appointments when I can’t drive them there. Never an issue getting emergency appointments same day they always accommodate us and get us in quickly. Friendly staff & the puppy membership is a great deal to get discounts on appointments and procedures.“
