Huge thanks to Sherwin for coming out to give us a quote. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through all our options with total honesty and friendliness. Top-notch service and expertise—highly recommend asking for him.
Joseph K. quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the issue with supporting evidence, and walked me through the best solution. He was positive, confident, professional, and a real delight to chat with throughout the entire process.
We noticed leak in our basement that was intermittent and called Mr.Rooter Plumbing few months ago. Joseph came in and assessed and provided suggestions. We did not fix at that time. We called Mr.Rooter Plumbing today, asked for Joseph and glad he was available and came to fix it. Joseph was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained the repair process clearly. The work was completed efficiently. Although the price was higher than expected, Joseph’s excellent workmanship and professionalism made it worthwhile.
