Massimo's service today was everything I could have hoped for: he listened, asked appropriate questions, and fixed the problem in a very professional manner, and informed me about what he was doing and what I could do to prevent the problem from happening again.

Massimo came over and fixed my issue without any problems. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I've never experience a more honest plumber. He was also my 3rd plumber in 3 days and gave me more information about my problem than the other 2 combined. I can't speak for other workers in the company but if you get Massimo you are in great hands.

Gerald was in and out in flash installing a new toilet for us the same day I contacted Mr Rooter (showed up within an hour!). I was highly impressed. Saved me the trouble and did a great job to boot.
