“When our dog took sick with a dental abscess our hotel, Holiday inn, recommended Dr Firth. His vet practice was close by so we dropped in to see if we could make an appointment.

After a short while we got squeezed into Dr Firth's schedule and Tucker received the treatment he needed.

My wife and I were extraordinarily pleased with the overall service and staff and particularly with Dr Firth's analysis and care. In a time where nothing seems affordable anymore, we found the Firth Vet practice to be really reasonably priced.

We're visiting because we hope to relocate to London and, when we do, plan to have Dr Firth and his most helpful crew out vet for our appropriately labelled 'King Tut'.

They have a van that will pick up my cats and bring them to their appointments when I can’t drive them there. Never an issue getting emergency appointments same day they always accommodate us and get us in quickly. Friendly staff & the puppy membership is a great deal to get discounts on appointments and procedures.“

“I’m very happy with the service doctor Cheung and her staff provide. It’s nothing like the typical quick in-and-out vet experience I’ve had elsewhere. They sent me a very detailed email about my cat, summarizing everything we discussed and providing lots of helpful advice. They took the time to thoroughly assess my cat’s health and you can tell they genuinely care. My cat is usually very nervous after the vet, but he was acting very clam and happy this time.
I will definitely bring my cat here from now on. I hope others who read this have the same positive experience that I did.“

“My dear, sweet cat, Charlie began a very rapid decline over the last 3 days. Friends had recommended Byron Animal Clinic. Jen was so compassionate when I called and was able to get me in that same morning. Jamie was so kind and empathetic when assessing Charlie.
