Greg was the only person who actually went up on the roof during the estimate, which showed right away how thorough and professional he is. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and was really easy to work with.

The roof and gutters look fantastic. The crew was organized, respectful of the property, and you can tell they take pride in doing quality work.

What really stood out to me was Greg’s honesty. When my neighbour asked him to take a quick look at his roof, Greg actually went up to assess it before telling him he still had about ten years left before needing a replacement. He could’ve easily said otherwise, but he was completely upfront and ethical. That kind of integrity is rare these days and it speaks volumes about his character.

“I was pleasantly surprised at the service, professionalism and install. Everything clearly laid out by the sales person and the guys who did the install were first class. They were really courteous and treated the house with care and respect, cleaning up and removing everything after every day of the install. The quote was a little more than some (but not all), but if you cost in the quality of the products and install, and longer warranty it's definitely worth it in my opinion. This is the only roof we have had installed, so I have no pint of comparison but I have no hesitation in recommending this company. First class from beginning to end.“

“Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars ( I would give a bonus star if I could ) John and his crew did a wonderful job on my roof over twelve years ago and not one problem . When they were out they were very professional and polite . They cleaned up beautifully , no scraps or nails found anywhere . ( they even addressed a problem issue not related to roofing I wasn't aware of , most would have ignored it , but they did the right thing )
Fast forward to present day , I noticed some flashing lifted slightly on a vent , called John and he came right out and took care of me ( probably a busy time of year for him )
