I had my roof and eavestroughs replaced by North London Roofing, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Greg was the only person who actually went up on the roof during the estimate, which showed right away how thorough and professional he is. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and was really easy to work with.

The roof and gutters look fantastic. The crew was organized, respectful of the property, and you can tell they take pride in doing quality work.

What really stood out to me was Greg’s honesty. When my neighbour asked him to take a quick look at his roof, Greg actually went up to assess it before telling him he still had about ten years left before needing a replacement. He could’ve easily said otherwise, but he was completely upfront and ethical. That kind of integrity is rare these days and it speaks volumes about his character.

It’s not easy finding someone you can trust for big home projects, but I’d recommend Greg and his team in a heartbeat.“

“I had Southwinds install my 50-year shingles thirteen years ago. Our area recently experienced an EF1 Downburst, taking out multiple trees and blowing some shingles off of my roof. Southwinds came out the the same day that I called, weather-proofed my roof, then returned 2 days later with matching shingles and repaired it, all under Warranty. I am very impressed with their service and highly recommend them.“

“Update: 7 years later... in the summer of 2026 we had a down burst go through my area in the city. Both my neighbour's on each side had their shingles blown off the backs of their roofs. (One roof was new, the other old). My roof looks like the day it was installed by Davidoff Roofing 7 years ago. Its a good quality shingle and installed very well. You get what you pay for folks. I have peace of mind. Skylights are also still leak free.

All in all it was a good experience. Our roof looks great, the issue we had was immediately addressed and rectified. A job that I feel confident will last 50 years. Roof venting, insulation, proper bathroom venting, and two sky lights, new plywood on the back half of the house, then a 50 yr shingles (which come with a 25yr labour warranty).

I felt confident dealing with this company. Felt i got what i paid for. They even came back to address concerns regarding my noisy bathroom fan AFTER the job was signed off and paid for. Thats customer service right there. I will be getting an estimate for siding, fascia, eves and gutter guards in the near future.

Note: this job was done over a year ago. Issues regarding mould on my ceiling in the kitchen and back hallway have been rectified thanks to davidoff topping up a spot where my insulation was moved. My house has cost less to heat and cool this year compared to others. Really happy. Skylights still great.“

“During the thunderstorm this past Thursday my nephews dining room ceiling started to leak. They’re a young couple who had purchased their first home just 10 days prior, needless to say they were freaking out. I called Courtney roofing, at 510 pm within an hour someone came, by 630 he’d been on the roof, climbed through the attic found the leak and temporarily sealed it. The next day a sheet metal expert came redid the flashing around the chimney and fixed a few other problems as well. In less than 24 hours the problem was solved! Both employees were knowledgeable and polite and I felt I should let people know, I would also recommend having them do a roof inspection before you buy a house and not rely on the home inspector.“

“Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars ( I would give a bonus star if I could ) John and his crew did a wonderful job on my roof over twelve years ago and not one problem . When they were out they were very professional and polite . They cleaned up beautifully , no scraps or nails found anywhere . ( they even addressed a problem issue not related to roofing I wasn't aware of , most would have ignored it , but they did the right thing )
Fast forward to present day , I noticed some flashing lifted slightly on a vent , called John and he came right out and took care of me ( probably a busy time of year for him )
