I would recommend Craig and his team! Had sewage drain roots issue since last year or so and no other company was able to guide or tried finding any solution. Craig was very professional and made sure all task is carried in timely manner.Him and his team is just amazing. Thank you
Such a refreshing and professional experience.Made the call, and less than five minutes later Im called back to book a diagnosis appointment for free. Came same day and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Next thing I know Im calling Ted again and he comes in person to fully explain the problem and what they can do for us. My husband and I took ten minutes of discussion after he left to say let’s do it. I texted Ted, and right away theres an invoice in my inbox and they’re coming in two days.>> No problems or fuss. Incredibly greatful to Discount Drain for coming out after hours and spending over 2 hours investigating and solving our drainage issues. The technician was knowledgeable and tenacious in his diagnosis and treatment of the clog, even spending extra time to make sure it was clear and tidied up. Thank you for sticking with us, eventhough the first 2 times with Discount Drain didn't solve the issue, the third time was the charm.
