I was so impressed with the service I received from Jake. Not only did he come out to see me on the same day I called, but he
was happy to do so... and this was on a Sunday! I thought good customer service didn't exist anymore but Discount Drain proved me wrong. I would highly recommend them as a very professional
company who gives great service!

The service I received was exceptional. I was distressed because my sewer was clogged causing a back-up .. I called late at night & Aaron arrived within the hour. He swiftly took care of business & gave me possible causes of the clog & pointers to avoid it from happening again. I really appreciated his professional and friendly manner - he's a rock star - I highly recommend Discount Drain!
