Excellent, professional service from Mike Pope Plumbing & Heating. Our plumber, John, responded quickly and completely fixed the problem. He went above and beyond by adding extra reinforcement to ensure the issue wouldn’t return. He also repaired the seal and dealt with an old bolt by installing a special locking piece to prevent future trouble. John was knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly cared about doing the job properly. I would highly recommend him and Mike Pope Plumbing & Heating.
I had a wonderful experience with mikes plumber employee (Kurt) who came to my apartment yesterday. He fixed my bathroom and went way above and beyond what was asked. He was extremely clean, polite, and professional.
Highly recommend this company!
John Harris provided absolutely outstanding service when fixing a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. He arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem, and had everything flowing properly again in no time.
What impressed me most was how thoroughly he explained the issue and the steps he was taking to fix it. He was honest, efficient, and left the work area clean when the job was done. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.
