“We left our girl Yana for the first time for 8 days, and we were incredibly nervous. She’s anxious around new people and rarely goes near anyone but us.

I’d check the photos daily, and you could see that she was having the time of her life! By the end of her stay, she was cuddling with staff and acting like her sweet, happy self. That meant more to us than anything and speaks volumes about the people who work here. For a dog like ours, that’s about the highest praise we could give.

“I have always had a great experience here over the years with my cats & most recently my puppy. They have a van that will pick up my cats and bring them to their appointments when I can’t drive them there. Never an issue getting emergency appointments same day they always accommodate us and get us in quickly. Friendly staff & the puppy membership is a great deal to get discounts on appointments and procedures.“

“I’m very happy with the service doctor Cheung and her staff provide. It’s nothing like the typical quick in-and-out vet experience I’ve had elsewhere. They sent me a very detailed email about my cat, summarizing everything we discussed and providing lots of helpful advice. They took the time to thoroughly assess my cat’s health and you can tell they genuinely care. My cat is usually very nervous after the vet, but he was acting very clam and happy this time.
