“I have been seeing Sukh for over 10 years for eye brow threading, facials and most recently laser hair removal. I've been to a few places for laser and Sukh's was the only pain free and extremely effective treatment I have had. After the first treatment I was shocked at the amount of hair loss. Listening to Sukh about how it works and why you go for as many treatments as recommended by her really shows her knowledge about her services. The experience starts on the outside of the shop on the corner of Wortley and Emery, it's clear the ownership takes great pride in first impressions because the shop is stunning from the outside, and that ambiance carries forward once you step in the door. It's a sanctuary of style. I was smiling and felt at ease and like I'd stepped into a place that made me feel aspirational towards high fashion and luxury.

Now for the haircut itself. When I started keeping my hair a little longer, I was looking for a stylist who could keep the volume and length I wanted, while balancing that with a clean and polished look. David absolutely delivered. His attention to detail and precision in cleaning up the lines and blending everything perfectly left me smiling. His work is first-rate and easily the most thorough and perfect haircut I've had. He achieved more volume than I knew my hair was capable of.
He's also quite a pleasant and gentle guy who put me at ease.

Allure is an Aveda salon, so the selection of stying products is the very best. I personally prefer Aveda products not only because they work, but the scents are complimentary to my overall vibe without being as fragrant or overpowering as those I've found elsewhere on the market. I've never had complaints about the smell; rather a few times in close settings I've had compliments.

If you want to have the very best experience and a cut that will elevate your style, I highly recommend Allure and the work of David in particular.“

“I’ve tried laser at various other salons in my life and I have to say if you’re looking for results you HAVE to come here . After four sessions my arms and tummy are almost completely bare. The owner knows what’s she’s doing and she’s Very professional . She cares about getting the client results and she will do what she can to get you the results you want. She’s never burned me once . She’s very knowledgeable about her laser machine and the limits she can go with it . Her machine is laser not an IPL and I find laser is way better if you’re looking for permanent results.
