She explained all the offers very patiently and clearly, making sure I understood everything without feeling rushed. She also provided a very good discount, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended!”

“I went in yesterday to get my glasses adjusted because they were loose. Even though the store was very busy and only one employee was working, she was friendly, helpful, and fixed my glasses quickly. Great customer service—I really appreciate her help!”
