Ben Aumenta handled our job, everything with our hot water heather replacement job was quick and clear. We had an issue with the exhaust pipe on our previous hot water heater so Ben made sure he could fit us in asap to replace the whole set up. He also noticed that the condensation pipe from our HVAC system was dropped on an angle that would make draining difficult and he propped it up for us even though we hadn't hired him for the HVAC. Excellent experience. We had a leak in our condo unit in Hoboken and needed someone to come out as quickly as possible. They responded with a technician in less than three hours, found the issue quickly, and most importantly, gave us helpful advice on how to remediate the situation and handle it with insurance.
