302 6th St, Jersey City“We recently bought a row house and needed to have the roof inspected; it turns out that UBL had done the roof for the previous owners and had all the photos and condition of prior roof inspection and were happy to provide all of that information; that's when we knew these were the right guys; it turns out we needed the roof re-coated and the skylight replaced; on the day of the Install, the owner had me come out to the truck and showed me a small scratch on the new skylight dome; he said he would call the vendor and order a new one. That spoke volumes, as 99% of contractors would not have flagged that; a few weeks later/ Today, they came as promised and not only swapped out the skylight dome but also secured some of the old flashing for us; I highly recommend UBL; Honesty, integrity and Quality family run Business!“

He also built the roof deck we put in back in 2016. It too still looks like new. Lastly, he is quick and responsive to all of my calls.
