“Our family’s relationship with the Riotto Funeral Home goes back many, many years; professionally some 60 years and personally some 85+ years as the founder, Randy Riotto, and my father, grew up in the Marion section of Jersey City.
The Riotto Funeral Home has taken care of many family members over the years, and most recently, our mother, Geraldine Romano. Words cannot adequately express the levels of service and kindness they have consistently provided time and time again; a mere “Thank You” seems inadequate. Richard and Nicole assisted us with all the necessary decisions we needed to make, provided us with selection choices that would best serve our needs, and offered their professional opinions to treat our mother with the dignity she deserved. When Richard came for my mother, I made it clear that family and friends could not see the effects of her illness during her services. He and Nicole did not disappoint. They were attentive to the smallest of details and it was all very evident in the way family and friends were able to see our mother for the last time. In addition to the exceptional service at the Riotto Funeral Home, the facilities are spacious, comfortable, and technologically state of the art, all with ample parking. A friend asked where the services would be held. When I told him the name and that it was the same place where my father’s services were held, his response was, “Oh wow. That’s a nice place.”
This is certainly not an easy process to go through for anyone. However, the entire Riotto Funeral Home staff is able to guide and support from the first call and beyond if need be with paperwork and any necessary follow up.
