At [solidcore], the focus is on challenging workouts that push participants to their limits.     Love this solidcore studio! The workout is of course amazing and has made me so much stronger since starting. What really makes this studio special is the coaches - my absolute favorites are Ashanti, Dory, Bri, and Anna. They are so kind and welcoming to all clients, they make an effort to learn your name and remember it, and their classes are challenging in the very best way. They push you to be the strongest version of yourself but never make you feel bad if you are not having the best day.     Love this solidcore. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Instructors are great. Recently started taking up solidcore and the results are EXCELLENT. I’m stronger and have more energy. Difficulty level is high so take it slow. Instructors are helpful if they know you’re new. Never had an issue getting into class since I’m usually slightly early (unlike everyone in this comment session… it’s a small class size and requires a lot of instruction, so late arrivals just disrupt everyone’s workout). Make sure to take the intro classes if you’re new - recommended number is 3-5 but I’ve taken closer to 7. Super helpful to increase strength and avoid getting injured!
