Tamanna is an excellent physical therapist. I come every week with the most annoying and repetitive questions and she is always very patient and answers them kindly. She also provides really good exercises and stretches, as well as a comprehensive take home stretching plan, that I believe have really been helping my recovery process. 5/5 stars, 10/10, no notes

I came here for my neck and shoulder pain last summer. I was nervous about getting treated at a new place, but James and Amy were so friendly that any apprehension I had was dispelled. My pain and stiffness were gone after a few sessions and my range of motion improved. The trustworthy environment they created is something I'm really grateful for.I highly recommend EPTG to anyone needing physical therapy

EPTG was quite the revelation for me. You have to experience it firsthand.First time physical therapy patient. Both of my shoulders have a torn rotator cuff, issues left untreated by me for over a year. [yes, yes, I know!]My doctor at NYP recommended I get PT and knowing where I live, recommended EPTG. My first encounter was at the Uptown Hoboken office where I made an appointment with James Ruggiero. He was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and an overall super chill guy.
