Hi I'm Amy! And the owner of this studio is amazing she is the true meaning of what the yoga and the energy of receiving and giving is! She has helped me in ways that were never had to happen!!! Namaste my sister and I wish you all the successes bc you deserve them!!!!

Komal is a lovely instructor. She has had the studio for 7-8 years in Journal Square, it is the only yoga studio in the neighborhood.The studio is on the fourth floor, you do need to be buzzed in the front door and there's an elevator that will take you to the top. I took her 7:30PM intermediate class which had a strong focus on breathing exercises. She provides mats and cleaning equipment, you're welcome to bring your own mat. Drop in classes are about $25. She recommends you come about 15-20 minutes if you're driving since parking in the area can be difficult. Closest lot is 2 Journal Square about 5 minute walk a couple blocks down.

I am very grateful to the universe that I found the Roots Yoga Studio at the right time and the right place. The magical atmosphere and amazing teacher Komal (very skillful, kind, and caring) with her captivating voice and her yoga practices promoted a feeling of calm, relaxation, and safety in me. Besides yoga, I have been taking reiki sessions that are becoming a life-changing experience for the better. Highly recommended
