Excelente experience! Just fabulous! I will definitely recommend. Infrared saunas is the thing for body detox. If you like saunas, this is the place to go. Staff is very professional and extremely kind to your needs.

The staff is amazing and always ready to welcome you into the facility. My favorite combo is the sauna + float which makes me feel like a new person every time. Everything is super clean and the vibes are amazing.

I loved om.life since the minute I stepped foot in their spa! I've been coming here since 2018, and it is truly a cutting-edge spa with true healing technology, and a place where you can feel taken care of and at peace in the midst of the city. Anand and his team are all wonderful, knowledgeable, and takes great pride not just in the aesthetic, ambiance, cleanliness and customer service, but the total customer experience.I've done infrared saunas for years, also recently experienced their new EES system- and have never had a deeper sleep!
