My defrost thermostat on my fridge needed to be replaced. I knew the part number and they helped me find an equivalent one they had in stock and at a fraction of the price. I had my fridge back up and running within an hour of leaving the shop. Very grateful for these guys.

Well here it is, 5 stars for Castro refrigeration, I purchased a French door fridge from Castro in 2015, and I am putting it to the curb today in 2023, for a fridge to last nearly another decade for $800. is nothing less than 5 stars, thank you again.

I had an issue with my just out of warranty dishwasher, Henry came by within a day, ascertained that it was a computer glitch, had me turn off the dw for 24 hours, and that reset the computer. I just got charged for the service call. Henry is a good guy and very competent. And if my problem recurs, I know how to fix it myself! I will use Castro's again, for sure...
