“We hired Basic Builders to do a gut renovation of our kitchen. As this was our first renovation we were a bit nervous, but the owners (Peter & Lissa) were a pleasure to work with. They answered all of our questions along the way and provided the necessary guidance along the way. The project finished within the timeline we were initially provided and there were no "hidden" or "surprise" costs that came up along the way. If were to ever need another kitchen redone we would definitely use them again.“

“Claudio of Clandrea completed a beautiful, full remodel of my Manhattan condo bathroom a few months ago. I had hired a bath resurfacing company a few years before but the results were not up to my standards. But Claudio totally demo'ed, waterproofed and installed new tiles on all the shower and bathroom walls, shower floor and bathroom floor. He also completely changed the shower drain and fixtures, rainhead shower head, and installed beautiful, frameless glass shower doors. And he added a spa-like bench and niche to my shower! I'm very grateful to Claudio and Clandrea Remodeling for giving me a spa-like, bathroom oasis that feels like it belongs in a 5-star hotel.“

“JJ is the best!We've used them twice now and will definitely hire again.Two things that really stand out compared to other contractors:1. Excellent communication. Cannot say this enough. Nikol is on top of every project. We never had to follow up or ask for updates. It really took a lot of stress off our plate, especially since we work from home and have two dogs in the house, so good communication and planning was essential.2. Andres is very knowledgable in every trade. His estimates are incredibly detailed. He knows what work needs to be done and exactly how long it should take. Plus he stopped by frequently to check in and answer and lingering questions we might have.So far JJ has torn down walls, exposed brick, installed a fence, gut-renovated two bathrooms, and swapped out our electrical panel. Next up... HVAC?Final note - our house is VERY OLD and it did not slow them down at all :)“
