PFY is a great studio for beginners (like myself). I feel welcomed and challenged taking the variety of classes they offer. The instructors are fantastic, well-trained, and help you course-correct during class (which I find really helpful). The studio is very clean and the front staff is friendly. Highly recommended!

I’ve been practicing at PFY for over 2 years now and I absolutely love this studio. Everyone is treated like family and the classes are great. I love how no two teachers are the same, allowing for you to really explore poses and find something unique from each instructor. I’d honestly recommend any teacher, as you’ll get something great from any class you take here

Great people. I would say the best instructor has to be James DelosReyes. He comes in prepared every class with a slightly new practice routine. His style is traditional poses with a modern twist. You can tell he's passionate about teaching and he's very helpful in getting students to perfect their pose.
