I’m writing this 5 star review through the lens of a mom of (almost) 1 year old twins, a Kindie musician, and a licensed K-12 music educator, with over 20 years of experience teaching. Rockness Music is such a wonderful program, and you should absolutely sign your kids up. Mr. Michael brings such fun to each and every one of his classes. He’s engaging, treats the kids with love and respect at every moment, and brings educational content that the kids really love. They learn about new instruments, move their bodies with a weekly dance party, and get to use their imaginations throughout. He also can pivot at a moment’s notice to reflect the interest of the kids; one of the students was excited about a plane flying overhead today in class, and Mr. Michael improvised a song about airplanes right on the spot, including actions for the kids to do and everything. You can tell how passionate he is about what he does. If you’re thinking about signing your kids up, do it. They will have the best time, and they will grow up loving music.

I had such a great experience with karelyne at Salon Gatto. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and asked about all my concerns before starting. I had very long hair and was honestly nervous about going all the way to shoulder length, but she explained everything and suggested what would suit me best—and she was absolutely right!

Recently found this local off-chain barber shop in hoboken. The staff and the owner are very friendly, they take only cash unfortunately and I was not aware of that and the owner was willing to extend credit and let me pay later, which was very refreshing in such a transactional world and came back to leave a big tip. I hardly write reviews but I felt this place warranted one. If you are around and are looking for a basic and fast cut do drop in and support them!
We got such a wonderful big boy cut at Just 4 Kids! My son was loving the fun car seats and toys available to entertain him. We didn’t even wait 5 minutes for our appointment. Quick in and out with a fresh cut!

I went to this salon for a blow-out on holiday and it turned out great. My hair looked amazing the whole day even though it was raining and windy. And even after 4 days my hair looked great. What amazed me the most was how fast everything went. Usually it takes a hairdresser up to 45 minutes to just blowdry my hair. But in here the whole service only lasted that long. Would definitely go again.

I recently just came from getting a pedicure with Sky and had such a relaxing and amazing experience! She was gentle, detailed, and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. Price is a little high but it’s worth it every time. If you go try to book Billy. (I don’t doubt that all of their staff is talented as well, my only experiences have been with him.)
I’ve been going to Maribel since 2015, I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. I first went because I got my hair colored for the 1st time else where and looked horrible. Maribel quickly fixed and and I got sooo many compliments on it. Ever since I’ve been getting the same look done for over 10 years now and still get the same compliments. Highly recommend this salon.

I called for same day service as my heat would not shut off in our apartment. They came within an hour of my call. Bo the technician was very courteous, nice and professional. He explained everything in great detail and showed me what needed to be replaced. He replaced the zoning valve and had the parts needed with him. Cost was very fair and appropriate. Hector was great. He retiled my bathroom wall and because the original tiles weren't manufactured anymore, with their weathered edge look, Hector hand cut each tile to mimic the old ones.He was a perfectionist who fixed errors made by previous plumber. He did a great job explaining the complicated fan and light system he installed. From atop a ladder, he carefully hung a hundred crystals from a chandelier. He also left the place cleaner than when he came.What a great job. Arrived on time, did the work quickly, and supplied his own materials. He was great at communicating, too.

HDesign-Build saved my a$$. !!! originally I went with you guessed it a less expensive contractor. Although I liked Mark, his quote to Renovate my condo was a bit more. Looking back he didn't charge enough lol. Needless to say when I fired my other incompetent contractor I reached out to HDESIGN-BUILD to see if they could help me. Not only did they un do the mess caused by the previous hack contractor but they actually beat the original deadline by 2 weeks. I cannot thank Mark and his team enough. Everyone complements us on our new kitchen and bathrooms. I HIGHLY recommend HDESIGN-BUILD.
We reached out to Hoboken Kitchen & Bath (Tony Theodore) to help us renovate our kitchen and bathroom. Our personal experience from initial meeting to final punch list and completion was awesome. We also had the added challenges of doing this from a distance since moving from Hoboken to what is now our primary home in Hawaii. We especially needed someone that we could trust and rely on for overseeing our Hoboken renovation from beginning to end since we would not be local during most of the project.
Tony from Hoboken Kitchen & Bath promptly met us to do a walk thru of our project. He gave us some great ideas and we were glad to have them in order to help us with our final decision on what to do and what not to do. We wanted this renovation to be for us and also to ensure we were getting as much value added as possible from this project.
Tony called out things to help us, some of which suggested things like we should expand our counter top to accommodate more storage and seating, a pocket door solution to solve for working around a small bathroom footprint, more lighting to make things more uniform. He literally made our kitchen look super customized and our bath/shower combination feel like a luxury spa and hotel. At the end of the day, he and his team transferred builder grade to customized in weeks.
Tony and his team was also incredibly flexible throughout the renovation. Even as we were coming up with “what if” situations he and his team accommodated everything that was reasonably possible and within our budget, such as adding a glass enclosure to our toilet and changing the vanity for more space even as they were close to completion. He gave us reasonable updated estimates for these last minute client initiated add ons and was able to layer this into his team and their schedules. The communication was great throughout and he also kept our very strict condo association and admin team updated which we greatly appreciated for sure.
Our renovation finished only about a week longer than expected but that was due to the added extras that were not part of our original scope so we were very grateful for his team being able to keep to the estimated timeline..
Lastly, we really love our new kitchen and bathroom and all our family and friends that have stayed and used our apartment to date have all complimented on how nice and comfortable they were when using our newly renovated apartment.
Based upon our personal experience, we highly recommend Tony, his team and Hoboken Kitchen & Bath. We were fortunate enough to have teamed up with a skilled contractor and designer who not only cares about the work but also his client relationships. Not only did we get gain a fabulous renovated kitchen and bathroom but also a friend at the same time.

I've finally found a decent dental practice in Hoboken. After bad experiences at two different dental provider groups in town, I decided to bite the bullet and go to an out of network provider this year. My fiancé and coworker recommended Dr. Farag's practice to me and I'm so glad they did. The practice is clean, the front desk staff are kind and accommodating, and the hygienist and dentist were thorough in the cleaning and exam. They were very transparent with me about what my out of pocket costs would be based on my insurance's out of network benefits. I had to reschedule a couple times and they kept me on a cancellation list so I ended up getting in sooner than originally expected. I'm very happy I made the switch to this practice.
I had a very sore and stiff neck. After the first week my symptoms were relieved and I felt a lot better. They were very helpful and made sure to educate me on the problem as they helped me fix it. I’d recommend them for annoying whose experiencing pain!

I started going for pregnancy pelvic pain and for the Webster technique in hopes of flipping my large measuring breech baby. my pain felt so much better after every appointment. Making walking and everyday tasks easier for me. Although my baby did not flip on his own (I think mainly due to his size) and I needed an ecv I truly believe it was a successful procedure because of the adjustments I received. After each visit I would feel him moving more and trying to turn himself but he wouldn’t do the full flip. I did one last adjustment the day before my ecv to loosen any tightness and the ecv was a breeze! I don’t think I would have had a successful, smooth ecv if it wasn’t for Dr Braytons adjustments, which helped loosen and relax any pelvic tension I had.
If your baby is measuring large and stuck in a breech position I highly recommend seeing Dr Brayton for adjustments and the Webster technique!
Dr Frio has been helping me with my lower back issues for years and it’s because of him my quality of life has improved. It’s also his staff as well, Erin is a gem.

My dog’s typically skittish and doesn’t like new people. This establishment clearly hires groomers who work well with dogs and I couldn’t recommend it more for people who worry about similar nervous pets.

I have maintained membership all these years because I value ME’s commitment to cleanliness, quality of service providers and overall good vibes. Late Friday night, I scheduled a 90 minute session for Saturday morning with a therapist I hadn’t seen before. Elizabeth (Ellie) was EASILY one of the best I’ve ever had. She was professional, friendly and my goodness did my body not feel 100% better in just 90 minutes. I will be coming more regularly to get more work done by her. She is very knowledgeable and skilled, while at the same time easy going and friendly. I am so grateful!

I had Achilles rupture surgery last November and struggled greatly to recover and walk again, even though I’m a healthy 38 year old. I was limping horribly for months - and that caused nerve pain, stopping any progression. I decided to try a new PT as I was not getting answers or a lot of direction as to how to fix the issues. Within a session, Rob more properly diagnosed what was happening, explained it to me, and put together a plan for how to lessen the pain and get me walking again. I am now walking in a sneaker again with almost no limp, just in time for the good weather. It’s still a gradual/long road to normalcy with this kind of injury but I’m VERY grateful to this practice for their thoughtful, patient-centered approach! Especially if you aren’t getting adequate support elsewhere, I recommend giving Pursue a try. I only wish I found them much sooner!

After relocating to the area, I struggled to find a reputable practitioner - and I want to be specific: not dry needling, actual acupuncture. Thankfully, I discovered his practice.
A few years ago I was diagnosed with Celiac, seemingly out of nowhere. I followed every protocol, managed my diet carefully, did everything right - and still dealt with the symptoms. During my very first session, Dr. Chang went beyond treating symptoms and addressed the root cause directly.
What happened next, I can only tell you as fact: the following morning I woke up with zero symptoms that I'd become accustomed to. The weekend after my treatment, I was served breaded chicken wings at a meal - which for someone with my diagnosis is essentially ingesting poison. Zero reaction. Zero sensitivity. No consequences whatsoever from consuming gluten. Since my initial treatment I've experienced no gluten sensitivity.
I've also been a competitive athlete for over 20 years - played D1 football, put my body through the kind of sustained punishment that accumulates over a lifetime.
