This is the best dentist (and dentists office) I have ever visited. From scheduling the appointment, to insurance paperwork to the front desk experience, the doctor's assistant and the doctor himself, everything was just great. Very friendly place and excellent quality of service and mannerism from everyone. I have been to several other dentists who kept on suggesting unnecessary X-rays and fillings. Dr was straight to the point, did not suggest anything which was unnecessary and provided excellent treatment. He has an excellent communication approach with patients which shows genuine comparison. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

First of all -Dr. Kim hired people who are not only good at their job(s), but genuinely caring people. Kudos.Front desk people set the tone of an office, and for a dental office - having warm people greet and take care of you is very important. The staff is always consistently efficient, friendly, and accommodating! From the front desk, to the assistant, and Dr. Kim’s patient care, New City Dental is the best dental office I’ve been to!
